Overview

Multi-tenant operations console for a regional services company — scheduling, invoicing, and field reporting in one hardened web app.

Northline ran dispatch, invoicing, and field reports out of separate tools across twelve locations. We delivered one multi-tenant console with role-based access, a shared billing view, and a dispatch flow that shortened cycle time by about 40 percent. Supervisors now see the day in one place, and billing no longer waits on a manual export.
