Editorial storefront and checkout rebuild for a specialty retail brand — speed, storytelling, and conversion in one pass.
Atelier needed a storefront that could carry editorial campaigns without slowing checkout. We rebuilt the shop on a headless content model, tightened the purchase path, and gave the team a landing system for seasonal drops. A pilot measured a 28 percent lift in checkout completion.
